M&R Builders is well known for building single-family communities of distinction, semi-custom high-end homes and sought-after age restricted communities and is recognized for their attention to detail and quality construction.

M&R Builders started building spot lot construction in 1982 and primarily focused on first time buyer homes. Move up and semi-custom homes became a common part of their yearly accomplishments until 1995. In that year, the 64 single family home age restricted community, Country Walk, was started in East Greenwich Township. From this point on, M&R Builders, Inc. has gone from one new home community to another.

Both M&R Builders and Tremont Realty were established by two local people, Ron Venuto and Mel Shrader. Tremont Realty, Inc. exclusive agent for M&R Builders, has been in business since 1975.

Both Ron and Mel remain active in the daily operations of the real estate office and building company. Over the past years both companies have earned a reputation for quality building and quality service with a high level of professionalism.
