Wardson Construction is a family-owned business dedicated to helping Triangle families achieve their dreams. Our company was founded in 1985 by Raleigh natives Kyle and Steve Ward, who were joined soon afterward by Carol Ward, a highly-acclaimed interior designer. Our team incorporates four respected general contractors which are licensed by the North Carolina Central Contracting Board.

From the beginning, we built our reputation upon a simple code of business: To build every home as if our own families would be living there. Today, as more than 750 Triangle families will attest, that code remains very much in force.

Wardson Construction has been recognized by the homebuilding industry and has won multiple regional and national awards for their architectural and interior design.
