From Points North (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware): Once in Delaware, follow Rt. 1 South. Rt. 1 becomes Rts. 1 and 113 just north of Millford, DE, and then they split. At the split, follow Rt. 113 South about 25 miles to Millsboro. Turn right onto Radish Road. At the stop sign, turn left to onto Hickory Hill Road. The entrance to The Commons at Radish Farm will be on your right.

From Points West (Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington, Northern Virginia): Take Rt. 50 East across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to Rt 404 East (Left turn). Follow Rt 404 East about 50 miles to Rt 113 South (Right turn). Take Rt 113 South about 10 miles to Millsboro. Turn right onto Radish Road. At the stop sign, turn left onto Hickory Hill Road. The entrance to The Commons at Radish Farm will be on your right.
