Bernard/Allison has been in business since 1984 and currently manages over 25,000 apartments (including mini storage and office buildings) in Metro Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Memphis, Nashville, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin. We are an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) and member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). We employ approximately 700 people in 6 states and manage over $1 billion worth of real estate investments.
