Established in 1995, Biltmore Homes is truly a "family affair".
Tony, Pierre and Norbert Morin, partners and brothers, each began his construction career by honing his skills with under the direction of his father - one as a finish carpenter, one a framer, and one becoming skilled in business. Each possesses dual licenses in General and Commercial Contracting. The similarities don't end here. They collectively moved to North Carolina in 1995, the year the Triangle was voted "Best Place to Live" by Money Magazine. The diverse talents of these brothers add to the dynamic leadership of Biltmore Homes.
Jill Morin, wife of Tony, heads Marketing and Advertising. A North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Jill's responsibilities include management of the company"s advertising and marketing efforts. Jill has earned her MIRM designation, Member, Institute of Residential Marketing, from the National Association of Home Builders, as well as Certified New Homes Sales and Certified Marketing Professional. Jill was awarded the coveted "Silver" award for "marketing specialist" at the 2002 MAME awards. In addition to her active role with Biltmore Homes Jill and Tony share the joys of parenting four children, Jake, Austin, Madelynn, and Kyle.
