MODELS NOW OPEN! Patrick Henry Place is underway and will become an exciting new mixed-use complex that epitomizes the best of the New Urbanism movement. It's a place where people can truly live, work, play, shop, and dine without ever leaving home -- all in charming, picturesque surroundings. 110,000 square feet of specialty retail shops and restaurants will line the streets at ground level there will be approximately 650 residential units some will be over retail while others will be in stand alone buildings.
