Florida State Fair: Win a giant stuffed amimal, see the beautiful view of Tampa from the top of the Ferris Wheel and indulge in the fair's unique cuisine (Bacon Ice Cream) every February at this 12-day event. If you're brave, join the pie competition and earn braggin rights for a year.
