The Christopher Companies was founded in 1974, and over the years we have fulfilled the new home dreams of more than 4,000 homebuyers. The Christopher Companies act as both developer and builder in our communities. Our efforts have made undeniable contributions in Greater Washington, DC, particularly in Northern Virginia suburban areas such as Arlington, Reston, Fairfax and Loudoun County. The past and current communities show Christopher's diverse and innovative home styles. Home types include single family, townhome and a wide variety of condominiums. Locationally, Christopher has built in the Tidewater and Virginia Beach areas as well as a concentration in Northern Virginia where it now makes its home. And we have been recognized for those contributions, winning more than 50 homebuilding awards during the past three decades.
