Richard L Hoelting Jr. is a third generation custom home builder. He grew up on jobsites and learned early on the importance of each stage in the home building process. At an early age, he began working for his father’s construction company after school and during summers. After graduating from Pittsburg State University in 1995 with a Degree in Construction Management, he worked full time with a local commercial construction company building office buildings and banks. In 2000, Richard decided to change his focus to residential home building and once again began working for his father as a superintendent. In 2005, Richard ventured out and started RL Hoelting LLC with his focus to building quality custom homes with a keen attention paid to the buyer’s individual needs. He pays close attention to detail and strives to deliver exceptional craftsmanship from start to finish. Richard is his own superintendent. This ensures that his buyers will receive the personal attention that each new home buyer deserves. Every house is built with integrity and individual care to become the home that you will treasure.
