It began seven years ago when Trotter bought Foxfield property. The Trotter team transplanted many trees into the open areas. Paul Trotter spent many hours walking the land developing a vision for the neighborhood. He then worked carefully with experienced land planners to produce the unique land plan for Foxfield. The result is a community that will be a quiet enclave wrapped by about 25 acres of wooded green space with walking paths and a village park. A grove of towering hardwood trees has been preserved as a quiet pocket park, a great place to sit for a moment on an evening walk. Plus, Trotter Builders is known for quality construction and award winning customer service. Our decorator-furnished home is open daily from 2pm until 6pm.
